01 How to reach the operator
One address covers everything. We usually reply within two business days.
Write to support@apisimul.com. For bug reports, include the rule configuration, the request you fired, and what you expected the switchboard to do — a paste of the route and body template saves a full round trip.

Reporting interception bugs
If a rule matches when it should not (or vice versa), send the route pattern, the request URL, and the browser version. Path matching has many edge cases — query strings, trailing slashes, encoded segments — and precise reports get fixed fastest.
Service Worker issues
Registration refusing to stick, or the operator not taking control after a reload? Include the browser, whether you are in a private window, and any console output — SW lifecycles vary between browsers and contexts.
Data and storage questions
Rules and logs live in IndexedDB in your browser. If an export or import behaves oddly, tell us the file size and browser — large boards and older engines have quirks we can work around.
