Acceptance
By accessing or using ApiSimul ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The tool and its output
ApiSimul registers a Service Worker in your browser and returns mock responses you configure. Output — including generated fake data — is intended for development, testing, and educational use. You are solely responsible for how you use it and for verifying anything you build against it.
Your content
Rules, response templates, and logs you create remain yours. We claim no license or ownership over them. Because everything is stored only in your browser's IndexedDB, you are solely responsible for exporting and backing up your rule board.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate interception of every request pattern, or that mock behavior matches any specific real API.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApiSimul and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including lost rule boards, time lost to mismatched mocks, or defects in software tested against simulated responses.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, and not to scrape or redistribute its written content in bulk without permission. Using the mock tool itself is, of course, exactly what it is for.
Intellectual property
The design, code, and written content of apisimul.com are owned by their creators. The Service Worker and IndexedDB APIs belong to the web platform and its standards bodies; your rules belong to you.
Changes
We may modify these terms or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@apisimul.com.
